Check What Is Actually Ready to Withdraw
Open your wallet and look at the amount marked Available to Withdraw. Pending campaign payouts and approved work that is still waiting for payout release are not the same thing as money that is ready to leave your balance.
Choose the Wallet You Want to Use
Make sure the selected wallet is the one you want to receive the money. If you do not see a wallet to send to, link one first before you try to withdraw.
Enter the Amount and Send the Request
Enter the amount you want to withdraw and submit the request. The minimum request is GHS 2.00, and Mobile Money transfers include a GHS 1.00 processing fee.
Watch the Status Until It Clears
After you send the request, keep an eye on the wallet area. If the transfer is still moving, you will see Withdrawal in Progress and can check the status again from there.
