distributeme helps brands grow through creators. From campaign setup to creator invitations, post review, and payout flow, the platform keeps creator campaigns clear for both brands and creators. This guide walks through the core distributeme flow so you can launch your first campaign with confidence while staying inside platform rules.
1

Understand distributeme's Role

distributeme helps brands manage creator campaigns in one place. We help with matching, review, reporting, and payout flow. We do not sell views or engagement. Creators still control what they post and what they accept.

Think of distributeme as your campaign system, not a shortcut for fake growth.

2

Create Your Campaign (4-Step Process)

Click 'Create Campaign' to launch the campaign builder. You'll go through 4 steps: **Setup** (campaign details and creative instructions), **Creator discovery** (matching and search), **Fund** (review and payment), and **Status** (payment verification and launch).

Example

Step 1 - Setup: Name it 'Summer Launch', choose Creator-made UGC, set 100K reach with Focused strategy, select Instagram Reels, and write clear instructions for the poster.

3

Configure Campaign Details

In Step 1, provide: **Campaign Name**, select **Campaign Type** (Creator-made UGC, Creators at Your Venue, or You provide the content), set **Reach Target** and **Strategy** (Focused or Broad), choose **Placement** and **Platforms**, and complete the creative section. Creator-made and venue campaigns use **Instructions for the poster**. Broadcast campaigns use **Upload Assets**. You can also add hashtags, creative references, and package requirements where relevant.

Be specific in your instructions for the poster. Clear direction leads to better creator content.

4

Review Matched Creators

In Step 2, choose the matching goal that fits the campaign: **Best Match**, **Balanced**, or **Best Reach**. Review the suggested creators, then search manually if you want to add specific people. The goal is not just to accept the roster, but to decide whether the creator mix fits the campaign you are actually funding.

Use matching as a starting point, then pressure-test the list against your brief, placement, and campaign type.

5

Complete Payment & Launch

In Step 3, review the funding summary, including total cost, estimated reach, and creator count. Apply referral credits if available, then fund with a saved payment method or a new one. Step 4 checks the payment, confirms the campaign is live, and then creators can start seeing invitations.

6

Track Performance & Communicate

After launch, use **Chats** to communicate with creators, review submitted posts, and track campaign activity from the campaign details and posts surfaces. As work is approved, you can follow payout status and performance without leaving the workflow.

Use the reporting to understand what happened, then use that signal to plan your next campaign.

Best Practices
  • Focus on authentic creator partnerships rather than transactional ad buys

Common Mistakes to Avoid
  • Expecting guaranteed viral views (distributeme does not influence algorithms)

  • Ignoring the importance of clear campaign instructions
  • Focusing on vanity metrics instead of the reporting that matters to your business
  • Attempting to automate personal interactions (we encourage direct human connection)
